Return & Refund Policy
At Leheriya, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers by offering quality products, prompt responses to inquiries and complaints, and excellent customer service.
We value our customers' feedback and use it to continuously improve our offerings and processes.
As our valued customer you are requested to carefully review the product description, measurements and our Returns & Refund Policy before making a purchase. As we have faced many Fraud Claims in past couple of months in the Returned Products we DO NOT provide any kind of Return or Exchange unless there had been some mistake at our end.
We welcome replacement with the same item only on the following terms if Package Opening Video is shared with us -
- A wrong product has been dispatched
- If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition.
For any other reason NOT mentioned above, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for any of our products or services. All sales on our website are final.
You can reach us at email@example.com to initiate replacements if a wrong/defective/damaged item is delivered to you. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue.
We do not process refunds in any case.
Our return policy is applicable within 2 days from placing the order and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product & Manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange request.
Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on email@example.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 4-6 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the replacement process will get initiated.
We offer FREE shipping all across India. Orders are typically processed and shipped out from our facility within 10-15 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
